Deep Ellum Brewing

The first craft brewery in Dallas, Deep Ellum Brewing Company opened their doors in 2011 and, like their neighborhood, their beers are bold, fearless and unapologetic. With a general disdain for status quo, they’re proud of their notorious neighborhood and strive to annihilate bland beer with brews that make a statement and don’t hold back.

Featured Beer: Dallas Blonde American Blonde Ale IPA

In a town famous for its blondes, Deep ELlum Brewing has reset the bar. This shimmering golden ale combines citrus and floral American hops with Pale, Vienna and Wheat malts. It’s a beautifully balanced brew with scents of citrus, floral and pear along with flavors that are light, crisp, citrusy and toasty. Guaranteed to deliver more fun – because, you know, it’s a blonde. ABV: 5.2%, IBU 23
