Meet the Maker: Haute Goat Creamery

Haute Goat Creamery was opened in East Texas by Laura Vanderbilt in 2011. We started by making fresh goat cheese. Our customers asked Laura to add flavors to compliment the cheese which she happily did. The result was a collection of totally unique flavor combinations including: Fig and Black Pepper; Candied Jalapeno; Basil Pesto; Blueberry Chipotle; Texas Heat; and Chimichurri. We started selling our cheese to the Fresh store in Tyler in 2012 and we are thrilled to be in the new Fresh store in Fate.

Our Cheesemaker Associate Hayden Wolf will be coming for the demo on August 20.
