FRESH 15 gear check gives runners the option to check clothing items they may not want to carry while running. Athletes can pick up their free gear-check bag at packet pickup or on race day. Athletes may only check race-issued gear-check bags for safety precautions.
You will drop off your bags at the gear check area located on the north side of the parking lot adjacent to the fuel station. Look for the “gear check” signs or ask a member of the FRESH 15 staff. At the gear-check area, you will be provided with a label to identify your bag, and you must have your race bib in order to check gear.
Items must be picked up day of race by 11am. Any unclaimed gear bags will be returned to the Brookshire Grocery Company office and stored for two weeks. Please email FRESH15@brookshires.com to claim your bag. Any unclaimed gear bag will be donated to charity two weeks after the race.
No gear bags will be accepted that are not the clear gear bags handed out by FRESH 15 staff at packet pickup or the morning of the race. No other bags may be placed within the gear bag. We reserve the right to have any suspicious bags searched by the proper authorities.
