Pace Team

The goal of the FRESH 15 pacers is to help our runners cross the finish line at a specific time. In order to do this, they will run at an even effort over the course. Please look for them on race day, and line up with your desired finish time. You should choose a pace that reflects your training and ability level, and that allows you to run at a comfortable pace throughout the race. If you can’t decide between two paces, it is recommended that you start with the slower pace, as you can always pick it up later in the race.

The FRESH 15k Pace Team will lead you to the following finish times:

  • 1:05 (6:59/mile)
  • 1:10 (7:31/mile)
  • 1:15 (8:04/mile)
  • 1:20 (8:36/mile)
  • 1:25 (9:08/mile)
  • 1:30 (9:41/mile)
  • 1:35 (10:13/mile)
  • 1:40 (10:45/mile)
  • 1:45 (11:15/mile)
